Local Cattle Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://localcattleco.com and the Local Cattle Co mobile application (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide when you build a package and check out:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Delivery address and delivery window preferences
• Order notes (for example, gate codes or cooler location)
• Package contents and order amounts

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We also store package selections locally on your device (browser localStorage or mobile app storage) so your cart persists between visits.

• To communicate about delivery, receipts, and support
• To prevent fraud and keep checkout secure
• To improve the Services and our product catalog
• To comply with law and resolve disputes

Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe’s use of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We share information only as needed to run the business: with payment processors (Stripe), delivery partners or drivers fulfilling your order, and service providers who help us host or operate the Services. We do not sell your personal information.

Order and delivery records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, customer support, and legal obligations. Cart data stored on your device remains until you clear it or remove the app.

• You can request access to or correction of your order information by emailing us.
• You can clear local cart data in your browser settings or by deleting the app.
• We do not require creating an account to place an order. If that changes, we will update this policy.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS and Stripe-hosted checkout. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Local Cattle Co app may use on-device storage to save your package cart and last order confirmation. It opens Stripe’s secure checkout in a browser session for payment. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, or precise location for core ordering.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
